Shipping and Taxes

The shipping fee is depedant upon weight of order, as well as destination.

• Price does not include VAT and customs fees. Payment of tax and duties will be charged to the client by transport company when the package arrives.
• The Japanese consumer tax(10%) is added to domestic orders shipped to an address within Japan.
• Delivery destination is limited to one address.
• Separate invoices may be sent if the billing address and delivered address are different.
• Delivery estimations are dependent on transport companies and your country regulateions.
  Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent via email.
  Any inquiries should be with the transport company directly, we can not make responsibility for deliveries within your country.
• Shipping insurance is included in shipping rates for EMS.
  Should you need the DHL shipping service with shipping insurance,
  please leave a request memo on your order because the shipping rate may vary.
  We will contact you when the shipping rate needs to be modified.
