Notice of Suspension of EMS and epacket due to the unstable situation in Ukraine

Because mail transportation to various countries/territories has been disrupted due to the unstable situation in Ukraine, Japan Post made the changes to international mail service.
Effective from March 8, 2022 (JST)

This change takes effect on our major shipping destination such as United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, etc.

Please choose "DHL" as your shipping method if your destination is affected by the change.
EMS(Air mail - Express) or ePacket is not available even if you see the options when shopping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
