Non-defective items:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in new and unused condition, and with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any other fees.

Yamada Sen-i will cover the return shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any other fees.
Please contact us at musubi-b@ymds.co.jp within 14 days of purchase.
Additional Terms:
If the item becomes damaged after purchase, either by you or another person, it generally cannot be returned.
If your return is due to a Yamada Sen-i error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange alternative return information.
Please kindly note that product images may slightly differ from actual colors. Color differences between photos and actual products cannot be treated as defective returns.
