The "Uzumasa Kyoto Village × Cochae × MUSUBI" Collaboration Furoshiki

The "Uzumasa Kyoto Village × Cochae × MUSUBI" Collaboration Furoshiki

A MUSUBI furoshiki corner has opened at the gift shop of Uzumasa Eigamura (Kyoto Studio Park), which reopened in spring 2026.

To celebrate the collaboration, an exclusive furoshiki featuring an original design created especially for the shop is also available.

In addition, customers who purchase the exclusive collaboration item together with a plain furoshiki can enjoy a complimentary gift wrapping service using a MUSUBI furoshiki.

With many international visitors to Uzumasa Eigamura, this service offers a unique way to take home not only a souvenir, but also a memorable piece of Japanese culture and their experience at the park.

Creating a Shopping Experience That Visitors Can Truly Enjoy

When we were researching products for our shop, MUSUBI immediately stood out to us for its beautiful designs and inspiring approach to retail. As we got to know the team through our discussions, we were equally impressed by the warmth and professionalism of everyone, including the company president. We felt that MUSUBI would be an ideal long-term partner to help enrich the visitor experience at our facility.

When creating our retail space, our goal is not simply to display products, but to make shopping itself an enjoyable experience—one that inspires curiosity, excitement, and discovery.

A Display That Attracts Visitors from Around the World

Thanks to MUSUBI's support in creating an eye-catching, three-dimensional display, the furoshiki corner has become one of the signature features of our shop. Many visitors stop to browse, pick up the products, and learn more about furoshiki.

The display has been especially popular with international visitors. Many are curious about how to use furoshiki, ask questions after seeing the display, and enjoy taking photos, making it a memorable part of their visit.

The collaboration products created with COCHAE are, of course, wonderful, but MUSUBI's existing collection also stood out for its exceptional design and quality. During the renewal of our shop, we were managing the selection of many products and developing original projects at the same time. Throughout the process, the MUSUBI team responded quickly, professionally, and with great care, for which we are truly grateful.

We are very pleased with the final design of our exclusive furoshiki and hope it will become one of the signature souvenirs of Uzumasa Eigamura for years to come.

Furoshiki is one of the souvenirs that beautifully represents the spirit of Kyoto. We look forward to continuing our partnership with MUSUBI and making Uzumasa Eigamura a place where visitors from around the world can discover and appreciate the beauty and versatility of furoshiki.

Kyoto Sales Team

We are truly honored to have the opportunity to create a MUSUBI furoshiki corner at Uzumasa Eigamura, one of Kyoto's most iconic tourist destinations.

For the retail space, we were entrusted with creating the entire MUSUBI brand experience. We were especially grateful that the team welcomed our ideas, even preparing a pallet wall display that allowed us to bring our vision to life. From designing an exclusive furoshiki to helping create a unique souvenir that reflects the spirit of Uzumasa Eigamura, it has been a rewarding collaboration.

We hope to continue working together with Uzumasa Eigamura to further promote both the park and the surrounding Kyoto area, while introducing the beauty of Japanese culture and furoshiki to visitors from Japan and around the world.

Finally, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the team at Uzumasa Eigamura for sharing their valuable insights and for making this collaboration such a wonderful experience.
