90 Yumeji Takehisa
Yumeji’s works used dynamic patterns and unique hues and tints from everyday
motifs.
Yumeji Takehisa
Yumeji Takehisa was an accomplished and well-regarded painter during the Taisho
Period. His Bijinga picture styling is a wonderful representation of Taisho Roman art
(a general term used to describe the thoughts and cultural events of Taisho
Romanticism style). Yumeji’s work focused on designs for daily life and commercial
products. He was truly a revolutionary graphic designer.
In this series, we think about the wrapped moment designs of popular flowers such as
shidaume, dandelion and rose.
Please treat yourself to one of these furoshiki, or gift one for a celebration. These are
popular as seasonal gifts, or even to be used as exquisite gift wrapping.
*Please note, the packaging design may slightly be changed without notification.
