Return policy

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at musubi-b@ymds.co.jp within 10 days of the delivery.
* All returns must be in new, 'as received' condition and include all original packaging.
Items are not in new and unused condition will not be accepted.
*If the item becomes damaged after purchase, either by you or another person, you generally cannot return it.
*If your return is due to a Yamada Sen-i error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at musubi-b@ymds.co.jp to arrange alternative returns information.

If you cannot contact us within 10 days of delivery, our policy does not accept a return.

* Please kindly note that the pictures of items may slightly differ from the actual colours.
We will not accept a return because of the colour difference between pictures and actual products.
